At Leatt, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Our streamlined process ensures you get back on the track or trail with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used for riding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
